Delete your Xenitia account or data
Xenitia Limited handles deletion requests for Xenitia on iPhone and Android. You can request deletion by email, even if you have uninstalled the app. You do not need to reinstall it or sign in to this website.
Delete your account and associated data
- Email support@xenitia.app with the subject “Xenitia account deletion request”, preferably from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your Xenitia username and confirm that you want your account and its associated data deleted. Never send your password or a sign-in verification code.
- We will verify account ownership before acting. If you cannot access the account email, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify ownership. We will confirm when your request has been completed and explain any information we must retain.
Email an account deletion request
Account deletion removes your sign-in account and deletes or de-identifies associated personal information in our active systems, including your profile, saved workouts and training records, body and health information, uploaded photos and videos, and social content, subject to the exceptions below. Account deletion cannot be undone.
You can also initiate account deletion from Settings in the Xenitia app.
Delete specific data and keep your account
Email support@xenitia.app with the subject “Xenitia data deletion request”. Include your username, describe the data you want removed (for example, particular workouts, photos, posts, body measurements, or uploaded motion captures), and state that you want to keep your account. Include dates or other details that help us find the records, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
We will verify ownership, clarify the scope if needed, and confirm the outcome. Your account and data outside the scope of the request remain active. Removing training data may change statistics or features that depend on it.
Timing and information we may retain
Requests are handled by our support team after ownership verification. We will let you know if we need more information or additional time.
- Reports, blocks, support records, and relevant evidence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to protect users, respond to the request, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
- Security and operational logs are kept for a limited period determined by their security and troubleshooting purpose. Any legal retention requirement applies for the period required by that obligation.
- Residual encrypted backups may remain temporarily through the ordinary backup lifecycle and are not restored for ordinary product use.
- Statistics that have been de-identified so they can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained.
There is no single fixed retention period for these exceptions. You can ask us about the period applicable to a particular record. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
